The Basics:

- We accept returns within fifteen (15) days after receiving your original order. All merchandise must be un-used, un-worn and in its original packaging, upon arrival, it will be inspected to meet such criteria. If such is not met, a $19.99 restocking fee may apply.
- Please contact us at customercare@50watch.com for the return form and return authorization number.
- Please send us the merchandise with return form inside the box so we may know your information, upon inspection, you will be refunded the cost of the merchandise, excluding shipping costs. 

 

The Fine Print

- Refunds may take domestic banks up to 10 days to process, while International banks may vary depending on the country. 
- Return shipping must be purchased by the client and will not be refunded or credited in any way. 
- We are not able to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you must return your item and place a new order.
- We are not responsible for lost items by the shipping courier. A refund may only be given in the circumstance of failed delivery attempt by courier.
- Original Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
- For international orders -- shipping fees, duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
